Refund & Replacement Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products.

However, if you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we will gladly provide a replacement.

Replacement Eligibility

  • Defective items must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of defect (such as photos) may be required.

  • Replacement will be issued for the same item only.

Items reported after 3 days from delivery will not be eligible for replacement.
